How do Cloud Companion and Cloud Support differ?

The Cloud Companion is your constant companion on the journey to the cloud. Tec Networks is at your side from planning to operation and further development. You benefit from a learning platform, our special support contracts, our excellent know-how in the hyperscaling area and much more. The Cloud Support is a component of the Cloud Companion, which is also available as a single service, but in contrast to the Companion, only reacts to your support requests.

What are the requirements for the Cloud Companion?

In general, the topic of the cloud should be an integral part of your IT strategy. Ideally, there is a clearly defined contact person (SPOC - Single Point of Contact) for our team. We'll take care of the rest as your companion.

Does the Cloud Companion replace the existing IT department?

No. The Cloud Companion is a complement to your existing IT resources and is intended to expand them with valuable knowledge and skills from our cloud competence team. We see ourselves as the extended arm of your IT department and are in close and regular exchange with them.

Is there a minimum running time for the Cloud Companion?

The minimum term is one month. However, if you decide to bind, you will receive a 5% discount per year on the Companion Services and the associated services.
